Deposit/Withdrawal Fees

1. Fiat Deposit/Withdrawal Fees

* You may be charged the fee for fiat deposit from the originating bank and/or the recipient bank at the rate(s) stipulated by them; for example

• Deposit via Bahtnet - unless agreed otherwise by you and the originating bank, in general there is a fee of THB 150 charged by the originating bank, and another THB 100 charged by the recipient bank;

• Deposit via other method - the fee will be in accordance with the agreement between you and the originating bank.

Given such fee is charged by the banks, not us, therefore, we reserve the right to record and credit the transaction for you at the amount we actually receive after deducting the bank fee (if any).

* The above fee is the fee charged by us, however, you may be charged an additional fee from your recipient bank at the rate announced by them.

2. Crypto Deposit/Withdrawal  Fees

Free for crypto deposit.

For crypto withdrawal - a crypto withdrawal fee will be charged for the moving of your digital asset to the destination wallet stipulated by you. Such fee is dynamic and will be automatically adjusted based on the relevant blockchain network status. Please check the applicable withdrawal fee on your withdrawal page.

Spot Trading Fees

1. THB Trading Pairs

Each THB trading pair carries a standard fee of 0.25%. of transaction value (inclusive of VAT).

2. Crypto Trading Pairs

For regular users, each crypto trading pair carries a standard fee of 0.10% of transaction  value (inclusive of VAT). 

Remark:

1. The above trading fees will be charged from the assets which you will receive from the transaction, THB or digital asset, for example:

• 1st scenario - You place a buy order for USDT by paying with THB, therefore, the trading fee of this transaction will be charged from the USDT to be delivered;

• 2nd scenario - You place a buy order for ETH by paying with USDT, therefore, the trading fee of this transaction will be charged from the ETH to be delivered;

• 3rd scenario - You place a sell order of USDT for receiving THB, therefore, the trading fee of this transaction will be charged from the THB to be delivered;

• 4th scenario - You place a sell order of ETH for receiving USDT, therefore, the trading fee of this transaction will be charged from the USDT to be delivered.

2. We may stipulate the condition and applicable trading fee for the VIP customers as announced and/or informed to you later.
