How to Change your Email on Binance TH

If you'd like to submit a request for changing your Email address, please prepare the following documents and reach out to Binance TH Customer Support directly via LiveChat for further assistance:

1. Statement video:

     - Show your face clearly in front of the camera. Hold your ID document and a handwritten note with the following information:

     “Today is DD/MM/YYYY, I (MR./MRS./MS. Full Name) request Binance TH to change email of my account registered with email XXX@XXX.com to new email XXX@XXX.com I confirm that this request is my own intention.”

     - While reading the statement below:

“Today is DD/MM/YYYY, I (MR./MRS./MS. Full Name) request Binance TH to change email of my account registered with email XXX@XXX.com to new email XXX@XXX.com I confirm that this request is my own intention.”

2. A picture of ID card along with the statement paper you showed in the video. 

3. Login to your Binance TH account via Binance TH website and reach out to our Customer Support via LiveChat for further assistance. Please click "unsolved" button below to transfer chat to Customer Support. 

NOTE:

  • Must speak and write the company full name correctly

  • Your ID document and note in the video must be readable.

  • Do not use screen recording.

  • No watermarks.

  • Do not use cropped/edited videos and photos.
