Terms and Conditions

1. This activity titled APT Learn to Earn (“Activity”) is organized by BINANCE TH by Gulf BINANCE (“BINANCE TH”) and is subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”).
2. BINANCE TH reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
3. In the event of any malfunction, force majeure, or error in prize distribution beyond BINANCE TH’s control, BINANCE TH reserves the right to cancel or revoke any Reward at its sole discretion, without prior notice to the Participant.

Eligible Participant

An eligible participant (“Eligible Participant”) refers to a user who has successfully registered and completed identity verification (KYC) with BINANCE TH.

How to Participate

Eligible Participant must follow the steps below to join the campaign in the following order:

1. 1. Eligible Participant can find full campaign details this link: https://www.binance.th/th/universal/learn-to-earn/174    
   2. Eligible Participant must (1) watch the Token of the Day: APT video APT Learn to Earn Activity Page and (2) share or repost the Token of the Day: APT video on their own social media channels whether Facebook or X with the visibility set to public, and then submit proof of sharing or reposting in the form of a screenshot and a link to the shared or reposted post.
   3. Eligible Participant must complete the quiz via the APT Learn to Earn Activity Page provided by answering all 5 questions correctly, and fulfill all participation requirements of the campaign.from 25 March 2026 at 12:00 - 29 March 2026 at 23:59 (UTC+7)
   4. Eligible participants must answer the quiz based solely on the content from the Token of the Day : APT video.

Eligible Winner

An eligible winner (“Eligible Winner”) refers to an Eligible Participant who has completed all participation steps as outlined above and is among the first 200 participants to do so within the Activity period. An Eligible Winner must be an Eligible Participant who has never received any rewards from a Learn to Earn activity in March 2026.

Reward

1. The reward (“Reward”) for this campaign is a voucher redeemable for APT digital tokens worth 200 THB.
2. The Reward value will be calculated based on the THB/USD exchange rate (as announced by the Bank of Thailand) and the USD/APT exchange rate (as listed on www.coinmarketcap.com) as of 20 February 2026 at 09:30:00.
3. Reward will be awarded exclusively to the Eligible Winner, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
4. BINANCE TH will send a push notification to the Eligible Winner once the Reward has been delivered to their Reward Hub.
5. Eligible Winners will receive their Reward by 3 April 2026 at 11:00:00.
6. Rewards will be delivered via the Voucher system on BINANCE TH. Eligible Winners can check their Rewards by going to the BINANCE TH App > Reward Hub > My Vouchers.
7. Eligible Winners must redeem their Voucher by 10 April 2026 at 23:59:59.
8. If the Eligible Winners do not redeem the Vouchers within the specified time period, it will be considered a forfeiture of the Reward.

Other Terms and Conditions

1. The right to receive a Reward is at the sole discretion of BINANCE TH. In the event of any disputes, inappropriate language, misconduct, fraud, or suspected fraudulent intent, BINANCE TH reserves the right to disqualify the Participant immediately. All decisions made by BINANCE TH are final and binding.
2. Eligible Winners cannot exchange the Reward for cash or any other benefits from BINANCE TH, and the Reward is non-transferable to any other individual.
3. In the event that BINANCE TH encounters any images, messages, or posts deemed inappropriate—such as those that may negatively impact BINANCE TH, contain defamatory content, or cause harm to others by any Eligible Participants—BINANCE TH reserves the right to immediately remove such content and further reserves the right to take legal action against the responsible party.
4. In the event that any Eligible Participant is found to have submitted proof of sharing or reposting that is identical to another Eligible Participant’s, BINANCE TH reserves the right to disqualify all Eligible Participant who submitted the duplicated proof of sharing or repositing from receiving any Rewards.
5. If it is found that any Eligible Participant under this Activity: (a) intends to use the prize for commercial or improper purposes, (b) violates any of the campaign's terms and conditions, (c) engages in fraud, misconduct, or any illegal activities, or (d) there are other reasons that prevent the Eligible Participant or Eligible Winner from legitimately claiming or using the Reward. BINANCE TH reserves the right to disqualify the Eligible Participant or Eligible Winner from receiving any Reward under this Activity, revoke any Reward already awarded, and/or take any other actions as deemed appropriate.
