during the Opt-in Period: 16 June 2025 – 30 June 2025.
For users who have already registered on BINANCE TH by Gulf Binance before but have not completed the identity verification (KYC), complete the identity verification (KYC) on BINANCE TH by Gulf Binance and click ‘Join Now’ (via this link: ) during the Opt-in Period: 16 June 2025 – 30 June 2025.
Once the above steps have been completed, participants must fill out the designated form (https://forms.gle/SsVxb5dcQf4NqWHG8 ) and attach proof of VIP status from another platform, along with evidence of an accumulated trading volume of no less than 500,000 USDT (or equivalent) within the past 30 days. The BINANCE TH team will review the submitted information, and if approved, participants will receive an email confirmation of their eligibility for VIP fee rates by June 30, 2025.
The VIP trading fee privileges will be effective from July 1 to August 31, 2025.
If participants meet the trading requirement by reaching a minimum accumulated spot trading volume of 500,000 USDT within 30 days during the campaign period (July 1 – August 31, 2025), they will be eligible to receive an additional bonus reward. The bonus reward is BNB worth 10,000 THB, with a maximum reward of up to 20,000 THB per person.
If the prize value is equal to or greater than 1,000 THB, the recipient will receive the net prize amount after a 5% withholding tax deduction, as required by law.
The bonus reward will be distributed in the form of BNB to participants who meet the above conditions by September 16, 2025, at 23:59 (GMT+7). The reward will be credited via the Distribution system directly to the participant’s BINANCE TH account. Participants can check their reward by going to Wallet > Transaction History > Distribution > BNB.
Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions are established to inform participants of the details and conditions for participating in the activity “Try out VIP status with BINANCE TH today and Get VIP-level trading fees for 60 days*” ("Activity"). Participants must accept and agree to the details of the activity period, the rules of participation, the rewards, and the following terms and conditions.
This activity is organized by Gulf Binance Co., Ltd. (“Company”)
User who is eligible to participate in this campaign is an individual user who successfully registers and/or completes identity verification (KYC) on BINANCE TH by Gulf Binance.
Participants who have been approved by the BINANCE TH team will be entitled to VIP fee rates for a duration of 60 days, specifically at the rate of Broker rate 0.07% | 0.09% (Maker | Taker) ; Exchange pairs 0.1% | 0.1% (Maker | Taker]. The VIP fee rate will be active from July 1, 2025, at 01:00 AM until August 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM.
Participants who are eligible to receive BNB tokens equivalent to 10,000 THB per month (the “Reward”) must fully comply with the participation instructions and meet all activity requirements within the campaign period only. Specifically, they must achieve a minimum accumulated trading volume of 500,000 USDT within 30 days during the campaign period.
The reward is BNB tokens equivalent to 10,000 THB, with a maximum reward of up to 20,000 THB per person. Rewards will only be granted to participants who fully comply with the participation steps and meet all terms and conditions within the campaign period.
If the prize value is equal to or greater than 1,000 THB, the recipient will receive the net prize amount after a 5% withholding tax deduction, as required by law.
The right to receive rewards is solely at the discretion of the company. In the event of any disputes, use of inappropriate language, misconduct toward the company, fraudulent behavior, or suspected intent to commit fraud, the company reserves the right to immediately disqualify the participant from receiving any rewards under this promotional campaign. The company’s decision shall be final and binding.
In the event that the company identifies any inappropriate images, messages, or posts that may negatively affect the company, contain defamatory content, or cause harm to others, the company reserves the right to remove such content immediately. Additionally, the company reserves the right to claim damages from the participant responsible for such actions.
The Company limits the right to participate in the activity to 1 right per 1 account throughout the activity period.
The Company will award rewards to participants who follow all rules based on the time and order of successful identity verification (KYC) and first trade.
Failure to complete the identity verification process (KYC) within the activity period will result in forfeiture of rewards.
Rewards will be distributed to participant’s BINANCE TH by Gulf Binance account via a voucher within 16 September 2025 at 11:59 PM. and the voucher will be available until 30 September 2025 at 11:59 PM. The reward will be credited via theDistribution system directly to the participant’s BINANCE TH account. Participants can check their reward by going to Wallet > Transaction History > Distribution > BNB.
Rewards will be calculated from the exchange rate between Thai Baht and US Dollars (announced by The Bank of Thailand) and the exchange rate between US Dollars and digital token BNB (announced by www.coinmarketcap.com) of the campaign ending date which is 31 August 2025.
In the event of any malfunction or circumstances beyond the Company's control, and in cases where the Company identifies an error in the awarding of Token, the Company reserves the right to cancel the awarding of Token and/or reclaim the Token immediately, without prior notice to the participants of this activity.
Participants cannot exchange Token for cash or any other benefits from the Company and shall not transfer the right to receive the Token to any other person.
In the event that the Company discovers that a participant eligible for a Token, or a recipient of the Token under this activity, (a) intends to use or behaves in a manner that suggests the Token will be used for business purposes or inappropriately, or (b) violates any terms and conditions of this activity, or (c) engages in fraudulent, corrupt, or illegal activities, or (d) for any other reason, is deemed ineligible to claim or use the Token, the Company reserves the right to disqualify such participants from receiving the Token under this activity and/or reclaim the Token already granted, and/or take any other actions deemed appropriate by the Company, without prior notice.
The Company reserves the right to disqualify employees from participating in this activity.
The Company reserves the right to disqualify trades that are deemed to be wash trades or illegally bulk registered accounts, as well as trades that display attributes of self-dealing or market manipulation.
The Company reserves the right to consider amending, changing and/or canceling this campaign and related terms and conditions without prior notice.
Participants in the activity warrant that the information used for identity verification is their own and is accurate. If the Company discovers that such information is false and/or does not belong to the participant, the Company reserves the right to cancel the Token and seek damages from the participant.
