How to Record and Submit a Video for ‘First Deposit Record’?

You may be asked to submit a video to our Customer Service team showing the related deposit history.
How to record the video?
Before you press ‘record’, please note the video should be recorded in one continuous take without any edits or cuts.
Make sure your camera can see both your face and your screen clearly
Start recording in the video:
You can choose to show your face in the video at this time, or wait until the end of the video.
1. Show us the process of you logging in to the external platform or wallet account from which you made the deposit to your Binance TH account, and show the detailed login process.
Note: you do not need to show any passwords. This is to prove that you are the owner of this external account.
2. Open the [Transaction history] - [Deposits] page of this account and go to exactly the funds that were sent to your Binance TH account. For example;
If your initial deposit was made in Thai Baht, please include the Date, Amount, Depositor’s Name, and Recipient Name in the video.
If your initial deposit was made using Cryptocurrency, please include the Date, Asset type, Amount, Source and Destination Wallet Addresses, and the Transaction Hash or TXID within the video. Additionally, click on the TXID to reveal the transaction details on the blockchain.
3. Please save the video file in one of these formats: .mp4, .mov, .rmvb.
Once submitted, your request will be reviewed and you will be notified.
Important notes:
We do not accept deposit confirmation email. You must record this video to show the withdrawal record from the third-party platform (non-Binance TH account) that corresponds to the deposit record in your Binance TH Account.
Please record all information in one video. Do not record two separate videos for the same type of materials.
The video must show the complete login process from the withdrawal platform/wallet/mobile banking app. Please cover your passwords and other sensitive information.
Please do not put watermarks on your videos and do not edit your videos.
