How to join campaign

Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions are established to inform participants of the details and conditions for participating in the activity “Get Up to THB 999 When You Buy Any Token On BINANCE TH by Gulf Binance” ("Activity"). Participants must accept and agree to the details of the Activity period, the rules of participation, the rewards, and the following terms and conditions.
This Activity is organized by Gulf Binance Co., Ltd. (“Company”), a licensed Thai platform operated by our affiliate, for real-time digital token buying and selling.
Only users who meet the following conditions shall be eligible for rewards from this Activity:
User must have successfully opened an account with BINANCE TH by Gulf Binance (“BINANCE TH” or “Company”) and linked his/her BINANCE TH account with his/her Binance.com account;
Users must follow the required steps described above at “How to Participate” section to buy any token at least THB 500 at BINANCE TH;
Participants, who successfully complete this Activity within the Activity period, will receive a 10% cash back of their trade amount (up to THB 999) in the form of USDT tokens (“Rewards”) are those who follow the rules of participation and terms and conditions within the activity period.
All rewards to eligible users will be distributed in the sole discretion of BINANCE TH by Gulf Binance.
The Reward of up to THB 999 will be distributed in USDT tokens to eligible winners who follow the Activity rules and meet the terms and conditions within the Activity period. The Reward will be sent in the form of a USDT tokens by BINANCE TH by Gulf Binance system on 2025-08-20 to eligible winners’ wallets.
Reward tabulation and distribution are at the sole discretion of the Company. In the event of a dispute, or if any participant is found to be using impolite language, engaging in behavior deemed inappropriate by the Company, or exhibiting dishonest conduct or intentions, the Company reserves the right to immediately disqualify such participants from receiving any Rewards associated with the activity. The Company's decision in this regard shall be final and binding.
In the event that the Company observes any images, messages, or posts that are deemed inappropriate, potentially harmful to the Company, defamatory towards others, or causing damage to others, the Company reserves the right to immediately remove such content. Additionally, the Company retains the right to seek damages from the participants of the activity responsible for such actions.
The Company limits the right to participate in the activity to 1 right per 1 account throughout the Activity period.
The Company will award rewards to participants who follow all rules based on the time and order of successful identity verification (KYC) and first trade.
Failure to complete the identity verification process (KYC) within the activity period will result in forfeiture of rewards.
Rewards will be calculated from the exchange rate between Thai Baht and US Dollars (announced by The Bank of Thailand) and the exchange rate between US Dollars and digital token USDT (announced by www.coinmarketcap.com) within the campaign period.
In the event of any malfunction or circumstances beyond the Company's control, and in cases where the Company identifies an error in the awarding of Rewards, the Company reserves the right to cancel the awarding of Rewards and/or reclaim the Rewards immediately, without prior notice to the participants of this activity.
Participants cannot exchange Rewards for cash or any other benefits from the Company and shall not transfer the right to receive the Rewards to any other person.
In the event that the Company discovers that a participant eligible for a Rewards, or a recipient of the Rewards under this activity, (a) intends to use or behaves in a manner that suggests the Rewards will be used for business purposes or inappropriately, or (b) violates any terms and conditions of this activity, or (c) engages in fraudulent, corrupt, or illegal activities, or (d) for any other reason, is deemed ineligible to claim or use the Rewards, the Company reserves the right to disqualify such participants from receiving the Rewards under this activity and/or reclaim the Rewards already granted, and/or take any other actions deemed appropriate by the Company, without prior notice.
The Company reserves the right to disqualify employees from participating in this activity.
The Company reserves the right to disqualify trades that are deemed to be wash trades or illegally bulk registered accounts, as well as trades that display attributes of self-dealing or market manipulation.
The Company reserves the right to consider amending, changing and/or canceling this campaign and related terms and conditions without prior notice.
Participants in the activity warrant that the information used for identity verification is their own and is accurate. If the Company discovers that such information is false and/or does not belong to the participant, the Company reserves the right to cancel the Rewards and seek damages from the participant.
