How to join
Invite your friends to register an individual or company digital token account on BINANCE TH by Gulf Binance via your referral code (See your referral code here).
Invite friends to complete the following missions to earn rewards:
When your friends under your referral complete identity verification (KYC/KYB), you will receive THB 50.
When your friends complete their first Digital Token trade via Spot or the Easy Buy/Sell feature within 30 days after completing identity verification (KYC/KYB), you will receive THB 200 THB (No minimum digital token trade amount required. View eligible tokens here).
When your friends reach an accumulated digital token trading volume of 1,000,000 THB via Spot or Easy Buy/Sell within 90 days after completing identity verification (KYC/KYB), you will receive THB 999 (Limited to 1 reward per 1 friend)
Rewards will be automatically credited to your BINANCE TH Wallet within 24 hours after your friend completes each mission.
You can invite unlimited friends. The more friends you invite, the more rewards you can earn.
If your friend forgot to enter your referral code during registration, they can input your referral code within 30 days after completing identity verification (KYC) here, and you will still be eligible to receive rewards.
Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions are established to inform participants of the details and conditions for participating in the activity “The more you refer, the more you earn – BINANCE TH invites you to invite your friends!” ("Activity"). Participants must accept and agree to the details of the activity period, the rules of participation, the rewards, and the following terms and conditions.
This activity is organized by Gulf Binance Co., Ltd. (“Company”)
User who is eligible to participate in this campaign is an individual user who successfully registers and/or completes identity verification (KYC) on BINANCE TH by Gulf Binance.
Participants who are eligible to receive reward under this campaign (“Rewards”) are those who follow the rules of participation and terms and conditions within the activity period.
The awarding of Reward is at the sole discretion of the Company. In the event of a dispute, or if any participant is found to be using impolite language, engaging in behavior deemed inappropriate by the Company, or exhibiting dishonest conduct or intentions, the Company reserves the right to immediately disqualify such participants from receiving any Rewards associated with the activity. The Company's decision in this regard shall be final and binding.
In the event that the Company observes any images, messages, or posts that are deemed inappropriate, potentially harmful to the Company, defamatory towards others, or causing damage to others, the Company reserves the right to immediately remove such content. Additionally, the Company retains the right to seek damages from the participants of the activity responsible for such actions.
There is no limit to the number of friends 1 account can invite per throughout the activity period.
The Company will award rewards to participants who follow all rules based on the time and order of successful identity verification (KYC), first digital token trade, and accumulated digital token trading volume of invitee who register via inviter’s referral code.
Failure to complete the identity verification process (KYC) within the activity period will result in forfeiture of rewards.
Rewards will be calculated from the THB rate on BINANCE TH by Gulf Binance
In the event of any malfunction or circumstances beyond the Company's control, and in cases where the Company identifies an error in the awarding of Rewards, the Company reserves the right to cancel the awarding of Rewards and/or reclaim the Rewards immediately, without prior notice to the participants of this activity.
Participants cannot exchange Rewards for cash or any other benefits from the Company and shall not transfer the right to receive the Rewards to any other person.
In the event that the Company discovers that a participant eligible for a Rewards, or a recipient of the Rewards under this activity, (a) intends to use or behaves in a manner that suggests the Rewards will be used for business purposes or inappropriately, or (b) violates any terms and conditions of this activity, or (c) engages in fraudulent, corrupt, or illegal activities, or (d) for any other reason, is deemed ineligible to claim or use the Rewards, the Company reserves the right to disqualify such participants from receiving the Rewards under this activity and/or reclaim the Rewards already granted, and/or take any other actions deemed appropriate by the Company, without prior notice.
The Company reserves the right to disqualify trades that are deemed to be wash trades or illegally bulk registered accounts, as well as trades that display attributes of self-dealing or market manipulation.
The Company reserves the right to consider amending, changing and/or canceling this campaign and related terms and conditions without prior notice.
Participants in the activity warrant that the information used for identity verification is their own and is accurate. If the Company discovers that such information is false and/or does not belong to the participant, the Company reserves the right to cancel the Rewards and seek damages from the participant.
