Temporary Suspension of National Digital ID Verification System (NDID) from 24-25 April 2026 Due to System Maintenance by Service Provider

BINANCE TH will temporarily suspend verification via the National Digital ID Verification System (NDID) due to service provider system maintenance, as per the schedule below. However, you can complete the verification on the application ThaID (iOS/Android), at the KIOSK, or at an AIS or Telewiz shop (Dip-chip)* and continue to use other services as usual while the verification is being processed.


Scope of maintenance	:	NDID System Temporarily Out of Service
Impact	:	During maintenance, customers will not be able to digitally verify identity through the NDID system.
Maintenance Date and Time	:	24 April 2026 at 09:00 PM. - 25 April 2026 at 01:00 AM. (UTC+7)

*NDID service is available for Thai nationals only.
