What is the BINANCE TH Affiliate Program?
The BINANCE TH Affiliate Program provides you with opportunities to participate in special activities organized exclusively for Affiliates by BINANCE TH. Such activities will be subject to the terms and conditions specified by BINANCE TH.
For these special activities, Affiliates may complete various missions to be eligible to receive rewards and special privileges from BINANCE TH, such as:
Creating content about BINANCE TH
Inviting friends to register for a digital token trading account and complete identity verification (KYC) using the Affiliate’s Referral Code

If an Affiliate successfully completes the missions according to the conditions of a special activity, they may be eligible to receive rewards and special privileges, such as:

Who can become a BINANCE TH Affiliate?
Individuals or organizations interested in becoming a BINANCE TH Affiliate and who meet the following requirements may apply to join the program.
KOLs / Content Creators / Influencers
Own a social media account on platforms such as Facebook, X, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and others
Note: BINANCE TH welcomes Content Creators from all categories. No prior experience with digital assets is required to get started. The BINANCE TH team will provide guidance on communication approaches and the information needed to create content, along with ongoing support throughout the collaboration.
Individuals with Trading Groups / Communities
Own or manage a Community related to investment, trading, or digital assets, such as trading groups or groups focused on sharing knowledge, news, and perspectives on digital assets with members
Media / Businesses / Organizations
Media outlets or businesses with their own communication channels, user base, or network
Examples include news outlets and digital asset fund managers
BINANCE TH reserves the right to review and approve applicants to become BINANCE TH Affiliates as deemed appropriate. The company’s decision shall be final.
How does the BINANCE TH Affiliate Program work?
Step 1: Apply to become a BINANCE TH Affiliate by completing this application form. The application is free of charge. The BINANCE TH team will review your application and contact you if you meet the program criteria within 3–7 business days.
Step 2: Once your application has been approved, the BINANCE TH team will invite you to join the BINANCE TH Affiliate group and provide information about special activities, including details of missions, rewards, and special privileges for your consideration. You can choose to participate in the activities that are most suitable for you.
Step 3: You can start posting content about BINANCE TH in your own style to help introduce BINANCE TH’s services to your community. You can also share your Referral Link with your followers or Community. You can find your Referral Link in the BINANCE TH App by going to Referral > Invite Friends.
Step 4: Participate in special activities and successfully complete the missions specified by BINANCE TH to receive your rewards!
How are BINANCE TH Affiliate members evaluated?
BINANCE TH Affiliate members will be evaluated based on the terms and criteria of each special activity they participate in, such as views and engagement.
Existing BINANCE TH Affiliate members who meet the terms and conditions specified may be eligible to participate in special activities and receive rewards and special privileges from BINANCE TH.

Q1: Is there a minimum number of followers required to apply to become a BINANCE TH Affiliate?
There is no minimum follower requirement. The team will primarily consider the quality of your content and your follower base.
Q2: Is there any cost to join the BINANCE TH Affiliate Program?
No. The program is completely free to join.
Q3: Can Affiliates create a customized Referral Code using their own name?
If you meet the criteria to become an Affiliate, the team will contact you to request the information needed to create a customized Referral Code for you.
Q4: If a friend forgets to enter an Affiliate’s Referral Code when registering, can they enter it later?
Yes. The Referral Code can be entered within 30 days from the date the friend successfully completes identity verification (KYC). To do so, go to BINANCE TH App > Referral and scroll to the section for entering a Referral Code retrospectively.
Q5: Do Affiliates receive a commission when friends under their Referral Code trade digital assets?
Under the current rules of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of Thailand, including Notification No. Kor Thor. 19/2561 and relevant guidelines, digital asset business operators are not permitted to provide referral compensation calculated based on trading volume. However, you can continue to participate in our special activities and receive other rewards as usual, such as digital token rewards, exclusive access to activities and events, BINANCE TH Swag, and many other benefits.
Terms and Conditions
To apply for the BINANCE TH Affiliate Program, you must agree to the standard terms and conditions of the program.
Additionally, you must comply with the following regulations.
Regulations for BINANCE TH Affiliates:
Affiliates acknowledge and agree that they must not:
Assess customer credit limits or approve account openings for digital asset services.
Provide investment advice related to the purchase, sale, or exchange of digital tokens.
Accept buy/sell/exchange orders for digital tokens on behalf of users.
Manage or hold digital tokens on behalf of users.
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from soliciting current BINANCE TH users to create new accounts solely for referral benefits. If BINANCE TH determines that an affiliate is engaging in such activities, the affiliate's membership will be terminated.
If an affiliate engages in any harmful or defamatory behavior toward BINANCE TH, their status and benefits will be revoked. BINANCE TH also reserves the right to reclaim any rewards previously distributed, under circumstances including but not limited to:
Posting false or misleading information or negative comments about BINANCE TH on social media.
Encouraging users to claim compensation from BINANCE TH.
Misrepresenting themselves using misleading terms such as “partner,” “collaboration,” or “association” with BINANCE TH.
BINANCE TH reserves the right to disqualify participants involved in creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses, using phishing websites with referral links, posting referral links as search engine advertisements or engaging in illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
BINANCE TH may cancel or modify the program, its benefits, or its rules at its sole discretion.
All users must strictly comply with the BINANCE TH Terms of Use. Any violation will result in disqualification from the program and ineligibility to receive rewards.
BINANCE TH holds sole discretion in determining eligibility for any rewards and may revise the program’s terms and conditions at any time.
If the system detects that a user deletes an existing account and creates a new one to benefit from the referral program, BINANCE TH reserves the right to cancel all associated referral rewards.
All affiliates must agree to be bound by the standard terms and conditions of the BINANCE TH Affiliate program.
