FAQs on Temporary Suspension of Binance TH Referral and Affiliate Program

Q1: Why can’t I find the referral link feature on Binance TH anymore?

Due to current regulations set by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of Thailand—including Notification No. GorThor. 19/2561 and related guidelines—which prohibit digital asset business operators from providing referral rewards based on trading volume, Binance TH by Gulf Binance is obligated to temporarily suspend the Binance TH Referral andAffiliate Program under the existing structure. However, you can continue using all other services as usual.

Q2: I still see a field to input a referral code during sign-up. Why is that?

While the public referral program has been disabled, the referral code field remains active for internal tracking of users who were referred by approved partners or affiliates before the policy change. This helps us maintain accurate records and honor past commitments.

Q3: Is my old referral link still active?

Yes. Existing referral links will remain active for backend tracking purposes only. However, no new referral rewards will be issued as the public program is currently suspended.

Q4: Can I still earn referral rewards?

At this time, referral rewards are paused in accordance with SEC regulations. We will notify users if there are future updates or changes to the program.

Q5: I was referred by someone but didn’t enter a code. Can I still add it?
Unfortunately, referral codes must be entered at the time of sign-up and cannot be added retroactively.

Q6: Will the referral program come back in the future?
Binance TH is committed to working closely with the SEC and relevant regulators. If policies change, we’ll explore future referral or affiliate opportunities that comply with Thai regulations.
