Revised Terms and Conditions of Participation Effective from September 30, 00:00 (UTC+7) onward

Terms and Conditions of Participation

  1. This activity titled “BINANCE TH invites you to invite your friends!” (“Activity”) is organized by BINANCE TH by Gulf Binance (“BINANCE TH”) and is subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”).

  2. BINANCE TH reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

In the event of any malfunction, force majeure, or error in prize distribution beyond BINANCE TH’s control, BINANCE TH reserves the right to cancel or revoke any Reward at its sole discretion, without prior notice to the Participant.

Eligible Participant

An eligible participant (“Eligible Participant”) refers to a user who has successfully registered and completed identity verification (KYC) with BINANCE TH.

How to participate

  1. Invite your friends to register an individual or company Digital Token account on BINANCE TH by Gulf Binance via your referral code (See your referral code here). 

  2. Invite your friends to complete the following missions to earn rewards:

    1. When invitee under your referral complete identity verification (KYC/KYB), you will receive 50 THB.

    2. When invitee complete their first Digital Token trade via the Easy Buy/Sell feature within 30 days after completing identity verification (KYC/KYB), you will receive THB 50 THB (View eligible tokens here).

    3. When invitee complete their first Digital Token trade via Spot feature  within 30 days after completing identity verification (KYC/KYB), you will receive THB 200 THB (View eligible tokens here).

  1. You can invite unlimited friends. The more friends you invite, the more rewards you can earn.

If your friend forgot to enter your referral code during registration, they can input your referral code within 30 days after completing identity verification (KYC) here, and you will still be eligible to receive rewards.

Eligible Winner

An eligible winner (“Eligible Winner”) refers to an Eligible Participant who has completed all participation steps as outlined above.

Reward

  1. The reward (“Reward”) for this campaign is  

    1. Get 50 THB when invitee under your referral complete identity verification (KYC/KYB).

    2. Get 50 THB when invitee complete their first Digital Token trade via the Easy Buy/Sell feature within 30 days after completing identity verification (KYC/KYB).

    3. Get 200 THB when invitee complete their first Digital Token trade via the Spot feature within 30 days after completing identity verification (KYC/KYB).

  1. Reward will be awarded exclusively to the Eligible Winner, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

  2. Rewards will be automatically credited to your BINANCE TH Wallet within 24 hours after your friend completes each mission.

Other conditions

  1. The right to receive a Reward is at the sole discretion of BINANCE TH. In the event of any disputes, inappropriate language, misconduct, fraud, or suspected fraudulent intent, BINANCE TH reserves the right to disqualify the Participant immediately. All decisions made by BINANCE TH are final and binding.

  2. Eligible Winners cannot exchange the Reward for cash or any other benefits from BINANCE TH, and the Reward is non-transferable to any other individual.

  3. In the event that BINANCE TH encounters any images, messages, or posts deemed inappropriate—such as those that may negatively impact BINANCE TH, contain defamatory content, or cause harm to others by any Eligible Participants—BINANCE TH reserves the right to immediately remove such content and further reserves the right to take legal action against the responsible party.

If it is found that any Eligible Participant under this Activity: (a) intends to use the prize for commercial or improper purposes, (b) violates any of the campaign's terms and conditions, (c) engages in fraud, misconduct, or any illegal activities, or (d) there are other reasons that prevent the Eligible Participant or Eligible Winner from legitimately claiming or using the Reward. BINANCE TH reserves the right to disqualify the Eligible Participant or Eligible Winner from receiving any Reward under this Activity, revoke any Reward already awarded, and/or take any other actions as deemed appropriate.
